Harbor Pointe Consulting, (HPC) opened its doors in 2009 with the goal of providing premium staffing solutions to our clients. Whether our clients are businesses in search of the next great addition to their team or people in search of a place where their time and effort will be appreciated/rewarded, Harbor Pointe Consulting goes the extra mile to satisfy our clients’ needs.

During the great recession of the last decade, HPC founder Tad Cano, found disillusionment with the current state of the IT Staffing world. Far too often contractors were looked upon as just contractors and clients were all the same, a means to an end. Tad decided to change that simplistic view by creating Harbor Pointe Consulting. HPC prides itself on understanding the needs of our clients. Understanding what business problem(s) our client is attempting to solve. Our flexibility and superior level of understanding of our client enables us to custom tailor any personnel search to suit their needs and budget. We are here for our clients as their resource 24-hrs a day, 7-days a week.

Our industry wouldn’t exist without the hard working people who build it. Yes, I said people. Too often staffing firms refer to people simply as contractors or resources, here at HPC, we regard them as people. They have dynamic lives. Their situations change along with their needs and wants. We spend the extra time getting to know our people so that not only do we provide our clients with a person who can perform the requirements of the position, but we provide them with someone who will be happy performing those requirements.
